Magic Memories is a beautiful home in the Indian Creek subdivision in Kissimmee, Florida. The Indian Creek neighborhood is 3.5 miles from Disney’s main gate, and one mile from the many restaurants and shops of Highway 192. It is 25 minutes to the Orlando airport, 15 minutes to Sea World and 20 minutes to Universal Studios. It is conveniently located near the area’s many golf courses.

Our four bedroom, three bathroom home has 1755 sq. ft. of living area and a two - car garage. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated in themes. There are two master suites. The main master has a king - size bed and opens to the pool area. Its full bath boasts a garden tub and separate shower. The other master has a queen – size bed and its own full bath. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each contain twin beds. They share the third bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa so Magic Memories accommodates up to 10 guests.   Also included for your enjoyment are 3 TVs, a fourth TV with an X-Box,         3 DVD players, a collection of DVDs, and games.  There is also a pack and play type crib, highchair, and stroller.

The screened lanai contains a 13’X 26’ gas heated swimming pool with patio furniture and a gas grill. The lot backs up to a wall and has a privacy fence.

Other amenities include wireless internet service, cable TV, long distance phone service, and a security system.  Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, 2 hair dryers, linens and towels, alarm clocks, and 3 telephones. Our fully furnished home has everything you need for your Florida dream vacation.

On site amenities include a putting green, tennis and basketball courts, a baseball and soccer field where you can watch the fireworks at night, and a tot playground. Close by are miniature golf, movie theaters, grocery stores, pharmacies, water parks, horseback riding, golf courses, parasailing, restaurants, boating, jet skiing, and hiking. Our property manager is there to assist you if you have any concerns during your stay.

Smoking is allowed only in the patio area, and no pets are allowed.

Payment options include personal check, credit card, money order, or traveler’s check.
